Certain Chick-fil-A® Franchised Operators in the Austin Market are participating in the “Know Your Neighbor” Program described in this website.  This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the information practices of the Austin Market participating franchised operators (each an “Operator”) who are running the “Know Your Neighbor” program (“Program”) featured on this website. The policy covers certain information that the Operator collects about you in connection with the Program and your use of this website, how Operator uses and shares this information, and your choices regarding such collection and use.

This Privacy Policy is limited to the functions that are maintained by an Operator or any third-party service provider who the Operator utilizes to provide the following Program functionality, herein referred to as “Operator Program Service”:

  • This promotional Program website
  • Program event sign-ups and reservations managed through this website
  • Marketing and information-related emails that are sent directly from the Operator related to the Program

Online ordering via any website or application is outside the control of any Operator Program Service. Information collected in those transactions is not accessed or stored by the Operator Program Service. Relationship to Chick-fil-A, Inc.

Each Austin Market Operator participating in the Program independently owns and operates a franchised
Chick-fil-A® restaurant (“Franchised Restaurant”) business featured on this promotional Program website. As an independent franchised business, Operator, the Franchised Restaurant, and the Operator Program Service are separate and legally distinct from Chick-fil-A, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries and related entities such as CFA Properties, Inc. and CFA Servco, Inc. (collectively referred to herein as “Affiliates”). Thus, you should carefully review this Privacy Policy to determine the privacy practices of Operator, this Franchised Restaurant, and the Operator Program Service (collectively referred to herein as “we”“us”, or “our”). Chick-fil-A, Inc. is not responsible or liable for Operator or the Franchised Restaurant.

Chick-fil-A, Inc. is not responsible or liable for the Operator Program Service or Operator’s privacy practices. Likewise, neither Operator nor any third-party service provider who supplies the Operator Program Service is not liable for any of Chick-fil-A Inc.’s or any other party’s functionality outside of what they control, as was previously defined as the Operator Program Service.

The Chick-fil-A, Inc. Franchise System

Chick-fil-A, Inc. owns and operates a franchise system that is a restaurant network made up of company-owned, franchised, and licensed Chick-fil-A® restaurant businesses. Chick-fil-A franchisees (“Franchised Operators”) own and operate their own individual franchised businesses. Chick-fil-A licensees (“Licensees”) are granted a license to use Chick-fil-A’s trade name and marks in the sale of Chick-fil-A products at Chick-fil-A licensed locations. Franchised Operators and Licensees are independent third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of any other Franchised Operators, Licensees, or Chick-fil-A, Inc. and its Affiliates.

This Privacy Policy applies to Information (as defined below) collected about you by an Operator and its third-party service providers in connection with the Program and your use of this website.   • event attendee guest count.

  • to enforce any applicable terms and conditions and other agreements;

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of any Linked Sites, even if you link to them from the Operator Program Service or our communications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Linked Sites. We have no control over the collection or use of Information, including Personal Information, on any Linked Site. We encourage you to read and understand the privacy policies of any Linked Sites that you visit.

E-mail Security

“Phishing” is a scam designed to steal your Personal Information.
